The General Assembly
The General Assembly determines forth the policies for achieving the objectives laid down in the Bylaws.
It decides on amendments to the Bylaws, and on the various establishment, structure and regulation of any
special fund. It approves the accounts, appoints organs, calls meetings, sets the agenda and selects the venue
of the Members’ Congress, which is usually convened every three years.
